Today I earned $893.26 with Google Adsense; want proof? Take a look!

Below you will see my screenshot capturing my Adsense earnings for today, showing it is a bit higher than the day before.

 Google Adsense Earnings

Only joking! You can make a screen shot just like this by visiting here.

The point I want to make is not everyone who claims to be making money online are ‘really’ making money online. It’s quite easy to put up a website filled with fake testimonials and screen-shots showing huge commissions and traffic stats.

I don’t want to scare you from buying online but I want you to at least take the following precautionary steps when making a purchase:

Look for recommendations from someone you trust.

Be sure the payment processor is with a reputable company such as PayPal.

Google the person’s name / product name and read about them /it.

Check here regularly to see if I’m recommending the person or product (I only recommend things I know work, I believe in, and will help you).

Now, back to my Adsense earnings.

Unless you have a lot of sites running Adsense it has become increasingly difficult to earn a full-time living from Adsense alone (some do – not everyone can). So, how do you really earn money from Google? You can earn money from Google by:

‘Giving Google A Good Old Slap!’

Okay, you probably think I’m losing it but let me explain what I’m talking about. Jay Deiboldt has put together an amazing package that will show you, even if you are new to affiliate marketing, how you can pull high-ticket commissions using free traffic methods, without having to have a website or any friends in the industry.

How? Jay discovered the secret to generating ridiculous amounts of traffic by getting his websites on the first page of Google within hours (on high competition keywords).  Now he’s sharing his secrets!

So, here is my recommendation – ‘You need this!’ Jay is certainly no fake and his site is filled with real proof!

What you need to do now is visit Jay’s site and find out more by clicking here; don’t sit on the fence and let other’s get the jump on you…

Make Money From Your Blog: 10 Ways To Add Revenue Streams To Your Blog

February 27th, 2009 Karl Foxley 7 comments

One of the many benefits of owning a blog is the ability to add a few revenue streams. Below you will find my favourite wordpress plugins and affiliate services that I use on this blog and my other sites that will help you earn money from your blog. The following plugins and sites all have indepth info so I’ll only give a breath overview. Be sure to backup your wordpress blog regularly to save yourself from any heartache if anything goes wrong when installing a plugin.

1. Display Google Adsense ads.

The following plug-in allows you to put your Google Adsense ads into your blog theme / posts with ease. You can even put Yahoo’s version of Adsense if that is the advertiser you prefer.

All-In-One-Adsense-And-YPN

You will need a Google Adsense account and you can get one from

www.google.com/adsense

2. Display 125 x 125 ads and monitor click-throughs.

I love the following plug-in because it allows you to add 125 x 125 banner ads into your themes sidebar. You can also monitor click-through statistics and rotate the banners to reduce banner blindness. Another cool thing is the ability to set up a date for your ad to finish and be alerted via email when the end date is near. Grab the plug-in from here.

My best converting banners may also work well for you and these are:

ViralNetworks

PPCWebSpy

FreeWebsiteBuilder

CashCrate

That’s a few you can get started with!

3. Chitika Search Targeted Advertising.

Chitika shows relevant ads to people that find your site from the search engines and only those people. You can register for your very own Chitika account here.

4. Sell links on your site using LinkWorth

LinkWorth gives you the opportunity to sell text links on your site. You can find out more by visiting LinkWorth’s site as they also offer many more earning opportunities, such as paid reviews.

LinkWorth have so many cool free tools that you can play around with and you’ll gain valuable info about your site (or your competitors).

5. Max Blog Press Strip Ad.

If you look to the top of my blog page you will see a black strip with red writing, this is a Max Banner Strip Ad. You can display affiliate links or just add your very own internal links using this plug-in; it’s totally free. You can go PRO and have the author’s link removed!

6. Max Blog Press DealDotCom widget.

If you look above the banners on your right you will notice a DealDotCom product displayed using a MaxBlogPress DealDotCom Deal of the Day widget. Again, the plug-in is free and can be downloaded from the Max Banner website.

You’ll need a DealDotCom affiliate Id and you can get one of these from signing up for your free account here.

7. Amazon Associates – display Amazon items on your blog.

Amazon has many popular products that you can display on your website. Click here to register for the Associates Program and you’ll be able to get started straight away. Amazon have plenty of widgets for you to put on your blog and you can register by visiting Amazon Associates

8. PayDotCom sidebar widget.

9. Ninja Affiliate software

Convert any keywords in your blog to money making affiliate links. This tool is simply amazing and one of my highest recommended blogging tools. Find out more by visiting here.

10. CB Ad Rotator

I’ve saved the best ‘til last. The ClickbankAdRotator replaces the low paying Adsense ads with higher paying Clickbank Ads. You must have this one! Click here to find out more…

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. Why not tell me your favorite ways you monetize your site and maybe I’ll review your methods!
